Less ricotta, more mozzarella

Making lasagna is almost too easy with no-cook noodles.

I followed the recipe on the box, substituting ground turkey for sausage. I got carried away with the veggies, though. Next time, I’ll cut down on the ricotta – I thought it made it a little sweet – and add more mozzarella. And maybe forgo the meat.
