Remnants of an ice sculpture contest

Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012. Kansas City. The day was sunny. The air was crisp. The temperature was in the 40s, high enough to help freshly cut ice sculptures decompose at a quicker rate than normal in this place at this time of year .
